These terms apply to your use of The Second Drop Shop (shop.kacyshaw.com) and any purchase you make here. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

All products are made to order, and colors may look slightly different on screen than in person. Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if a price was listed in error or we suspect fraud; canceled paid orders are fully refunded.

All designs, text, logos (including The Second Drop wordmark and red X), and images belong to Kacy Shaw / The Second Drop and may not be copied or resold without written permission. To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA.
